My First Visit
Your first visit with us is super special for us! We like to develop a strong partnership with each of our patients and learn your individual wants and needs.
This helps us customize your treatment plan accordingly. We take pride in being your partners in helping you achieve optimum dental health. Our focus is on treating the cause of any problems you may have, rather than just treating the symptoms. That means you will be on your way to a lifetime of healthy, trouble-free teeth and gums.
- This starts with sitting down and getting to know one another. Before your first appointment, we will ask you to fill out new patient forms which is an important beginning step in helping us prepare.
- When you come into our practice, we will begin your visit by taking digital x-rays (latest technology with very minimal radiation), pictures as needed and do a thorough check up thereafter.
- The doctor will then go over the findings with you and custom create a treatment plan that fits your main concerns. This is a great time for questions and answers about your treatment procedures.
- Together we will come up with a plan to maintain or improve your smile and dental health.
- Once the doctor and you are done discussing and finalizing your treatment needs, you will then be walked out to the front desk area.
- A front admin team will then assist you in going over the financial aspects of your treatment plan and help you set your appointments to get your care started. This is a great time for questions and answers about insurance coverage, in-house loyalty program, payment options and appointments.
- Together our front admin team, back office team and our doctors will work with you and help you get the best service and care you deserve!
